Kolab is accepting reservations for parties of 10-18 guests.

We are featuring two separate types of dining experiences that you can book:

Koya Tasting Menu

Featuring our current seasonal Koya tasting menu. This multi course experience will feature seasonal dishes consisting of raw and cooked fish & shellfish from Toyosu market in Japan as well as other proteins.

Please note that certain dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. Please email us before proceeding with any dietary concerns.

$325/per person, excluding taxes and gratuity.

Catering by Koya

Choose from a menu of seasonal dishes for your guests to enjoy. This option features large format platters and passed appetizers. We will work with you to choose the best options for you and your guests.

Please note that certain dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated (such as vegan and gluten free).

$300/per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

The rental period of time is 3 hours after which a charge of $1,000 per extra hour will be added.

Full payment will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

We require 15 days notice of cancellation for a full refund of deposit.

Rescheduling will be at our discretion and subject to availability.

Corkage and sommelier fee is $100 per bottle with a 4 bottle maximum per party.
